30-day return policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No explanations needed.

How to return an item

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging (if available) and attach the label.
4. Drop it off at any major courier location.
5. We'll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items should be in their original condition — unused or gently tested is fine.
• Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
• Return shipping is free within the US, EU, and UK. Other regions: shipping cost is deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Lifetime guarantee

Beyond the 30-day window, every Elvvinton product is covered by our lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If something we made fails through no fault of yours, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge.
